BB Standalone issue

I don't undergo if i posted in the precise locate so i'm reposting this here. I've searched every over the forums and google and hit yet to find a resolution for this:

Started Blackberry Code Calculation machine at 1:37:59 PM
Handling device: [Cyclone Team], [Cyclone Box]
Service Tag: E8A6A18F40A39BA1ADE6CA02A9A06183
Possible Reasons:
1. Not based MEP
2. Box code not upgraded
3. 50 sound bounds reached. Upgrade your incase again.
Failed to Calculate Blackberry Code -> No codes received from box

I've updated my incase from individual assorted computers still it still does not work. Please help.
