Lg gs 290 dead

Please advice how i crapper revive lg gs 290. i tried to winkle but after winkle it says
Loading module , gratify wait...

Please reconnect battery, advise and stop noesis button...

TIP: Please reconnect sound shelling / noesis source.
it doesnot hold usb exclusive with the test telegram but go no boost than Reading info
