MX Key Cannot Launch

I'm ease effort errors launching mxkey. Is there any destined pc requirements that needs to be met?

PC Specs:

Compaq Presario S5000CL
Desktop PC
AMD: 2600 XP Processor
Pentium 4/2.33GH
Graphics Card: S3 Graphics ProSavage DDR
80gig HDD
1gig ram
A/V: Kasperski Lab
Windows XP Updates: Current
Internet Speed: 50kbps (Dialup)

Anti-Virus unfit during installation and launch. Firewall & A/V settings to exclude MXkey "EXE" and folder from scanning.

Any ideas?:confused:
