I need some advice on a video card for sl3

I undergo this topic is posted but I requirement some advice, I requirement to acquire a video bill and I'm saying sl3 a hd 6990 because so farther I hit read that is faster but I requirement to undergo that I can acquire brand.

diamond
amd
msi
xfx radeon
ati xfx
sapphire
Gigabyte

Which of these brands bone is the most favourable for sl3, faster etc ...

I've also seen the HD 5970, with luxuries I requirement to undergo before finance in detail over a cardinal dollars on a video card.
