I got a new MXKEY (unactivated)
I plug it into my windows laptop that has MXKey edition 3.4 rev 2.1 and I do the following:
When I utter "Sign Application" i get: [UnauthorizedFault] Card [C083B465] is not appointed (case id=0xCC07)
When I utter "Register" i get: [UnauthorizedFault] Card [C083B465] is not appointed (case id=0xCC04)
Can anyone support me get this activated. I proven contacting IPmart but they werent rattling helpful.
