Boss, nktel k7, without simcard phone is ok , with simcard problem.

Boss, dishware nktel k7 sound is without simcard sound is power on, every duty is ok. but when append simcard, sound on then off. i already info this phone. but difficulty not solved. what is difficulty ? it is element difficulty or software ?
