network error

im using iphone 3gs ,my problem is cydia shows a meshwork nonachievement when i essay to opeh cydia , and it not allows some web browsers also.

1st step::
i am successfully complete with 4.3.3 ,redsn0w9.6rc16 jailbreaking by nowifi method , but on that instance an ("error performing reuest no meshwork service" ) occured and figure not pass no signal
2nd step::
this instance i am proven with snowbreeze2.7 with 4.3.3,it is comleted and generated a snowbreeze 3gs 4.3.3 itunes folder, but when i essay with generated snowbreeze 3gs 4.3.3 itunes folder ,it raised a""error 3194"".whem i essay to unstoppered cydia it shows a nonachievement ""could not activate cancellated data meshwork you are not subscribed to a cancellated data service""".
3rd travel ::
one of gsm someone verify to change with redsnowrc16 but aforementioned nonachievement (cydia shows a "network nonachievement "when i essay to unstoppered cydia)occures .so gratify provide some solution in steps so that i crapper follow and respective course to download bcoz in new user .
