Not able to update my hti interface

FOR THE PAST 2 DAY I AM NOT ABLE TO UPDATE MY INTERFACE ALWAYS ERRORS ALSO ONCE IT WAS UPDATED BUT STILL IT SHOW BOOT VERSION 7

IS THERE ANY PROBLEM WITH HTI INTERFACE AS I RECIEVED IT 2 DAYS BACK FROM MY RESELLER. ALSO WHEN I INSERT MY OLD MX-KEY SMART CARD IN IT IT SHOW SECURITY CARD NOT FOUND BUT IN MY MX-KEY PKEY ITS WORKING FINE


PLS ASSIST ME TO UPDATE AND USE MY HTI INTERFACE.
