alcatel 355x unlock

Pls i hit this difficulty with alcatel ot 355x in unlock before unlock the sound used to rush , but after unlocking the sound am stucked at alcatel screen and screen will go blank and only the keyboard light will be showing ,have anyone encountered this difficulty and how does he cipher this?
