then i was winkle it but setool gives the nonachievement

i hit winkle it with every files from setool hold but difficulty is still,
only this enter in fix archive gives nonachievement

when i delet this enter from fix archive then mobile fuly flashed w/o some problem.
this is not a Flash ic or RAM difficulty
I find out some difficulty with satio as aforementioned as with me at every forums
give me intent what is the difficulty ????
and how i crapper cipher it sir???
