Nokia 2690 urgent need full power switch way

hi all grownup mammber
today i am so tack
nokia 2690 cant noesis on
this sound is water dilapidated
1st whatever instance its noesis switch impact and whatever instance not work
also try some selution on forum but cnt work..my bad luck
