when setool activate with 20 credit that time card not tampered & now card tampered

i alter setool before 4-5 period with 20 credit. i used v.1.06 today i try to update bill but nonachievement 6982. & laser say bill tampered null to do.
i ask him when u alter bill with 20 assign that time u not say ur bill damage that time 30 assign designate in my statement & alter with 20 assign without some nonachievement today whats difficulty ?????????????
