I have problem with PolarBox2_Update_V270_WinXp_Vista_Win7

my terminal establish PolarBox2_Update_v268_(Metal_Box)_(XP_only)
polar is employed good
but when establish v270 Antarctic window is not opening
again if establish v268 Antarctic working
i hit 2 comps and 4 windows installed for reserve
where i did mistake
i need new edition because i hit alcatel 352x to unlock SP
from kazakhstan Beeline
