No sound while connecting Ipad to dock

Hi, I possess a very good Ipad and I've recently upgraded the OS 4.2 and everything was working dustlike since a hebdomad ago, I hit started receiving difficulty as if I enter the IPAD with the Dock with headphone so intensity curb should be there but I didn’t intend it usually. I hit contacted an Apple support body as substantially but they were also not healthy to resolute the difficulty kinda they were not effort in fact what is the problem. Any intent what could be the problem? Any suggestion would be appreciated.
