UFS / HWK Cant detect

Using Version V 3.5 Rev 1.2 and 1.3, slope notice my UFS box as substantially as HWK box.

Drivers dead installed.
XP reinstall after formatting.
HWK box working ok with HWK suite.

Whats problem,
please help.
