BB9780 Wrong code

Something went wrong.
Calculated code. Phone had meshwork hair active, others dissable.
But got communication Wrong code.
Checked IMEI and MEP - they were correct.
I put cipher threesome times but today "0 left" - before was "10 left" - how its possible?
