need samsung kies on sch-i500 to connect to cdma workshop

having pain conjunctive to diag port on this vzw usa sch-i500-in past; de bug or kies were ever healthy to enter but this digit does not hit kies (2.2.1 ebo1 baseband -hardware version I500.04) and module not enter to cdma ws via de-bug mode-how can i place kies on the phone (and not my bogged downbound pc) -thanks
